Project Supervisor

Job Description and Requirements

 

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures efficient day-to-day operations of the office, and provides administrative support to the Manager and other staff of the department
  • Perform all administrative tasks for the department
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating with relevant department
  • Co-ordinate all IT and Admin matters for the team
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating with relevant department
  • Ensure Project tracking is timely
  • Improve response time to internal departments and employees
  • Proactively work towards delivering an enhanced internal customer experience

 

 

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Minimum: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource or related field.
  • Minimum; 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • Saudi National
  • Fluent in Written and spoken Arabic and English.
  •  

Job-Specific Skills & Competencies :

  • Good understanding of HR Cycle (Recruitment, Payroll, GR, Training, etc...)
  • Well Organized.
  • A good thinker who can conduct new ideas.
  • Good leading skills: can motivate and collaborate work.
  • Good communication skills ( Written & spoken )
  • Inquisitive/curious- Keen to understand and learn new things.
  • Able to cope effectively with pressure
  • Good IT Skills – Able to use MS and SAP System.
